This month, Yardmill Kitchen and Grocery in Toorak are celebrating their one year milestone with the launch of a new range of Raw High Tea indulgences made from the nutritious and local ingredients the Kitchen has become known for.

Working with Head Pastry Chef Emma Granleese, owner Tracey Sisson has combined her dedication to good food and wellness with her love of an exquisite and delicious High Tea, to be shared with close friends and family, the Yardmill way.

“The past year has been an amazing journey for the Yardmill family,” said Sisson. “We have worked very hard with local farmers, nutritionists and our dedicated chefs to create dishes which we believe will not only help nourish locals, but give them a real ‘from scratch’ home cooked experience – an extension of their own Kitchen at home.”

With a passion for good food, local produce and attention to detail, Sisson and Granleese worked to prepare an exquisite range of raw goods including Mini Raw Vegan Carrot Cakes with Creaming Lemon Icing, Raw Vegan Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Chai and Crunchy Cocoa Nibs and Fresh Tropical Chai Shots. All items featured are made from impeccable quality ingredients, mindfully prepared and enthusiastically consumed.

“This range of unique Raw High Tea indulgences comes from a place of believing that celebrations don’t always have to include foods that do not nourish and drive you in some way,” said Sisson. “Much like our Health Haven Range of Breakfast bowls, Raw Powerbars and Vegan treats, the Raw High Tea series is prepared using only the best organic and raw local ingredients.”

The Yardmill Raw High Tea series provides delicious, delicate and attractive offerings for events and occasions, while catering for potential food intolerances, with no refined sugars, no dairy, no gluten and 100% raw.

The Yardmill Raw High Tea series will be available from October, with seating in store, take away options or via home delivery. Prices start at $65pp. For more information on Yardmill, simply visit www.yardmill.com.au
